The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start, without any cuts or edits. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery. Requests without this proof may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Returns are only accepted for the damaged products and for that we need a complete unboxing video to provide a hassle free solution to the problem.

You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Any return requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.
